Lots of stuff about MVNOs, John Gunnigan thinks the joint dominance appeal might be lost by ComReg.

Then at minute 22.30 John Gunnigan gets into talking about the last ECAP case where 3 won their appeal against ComReg. He goes on to talking about ComReg and their ability to analyse markets. John Gunnigan knows his telecoms. He was Interconnect & Regulatory Director and later Strategy & Business Development Director for DigiFone/o2.
