    All I can say is, here cums the recession.... :(
    I mean, wall st is re-opening tomorrow morning (thursday 13-9-01). But the market has crashed!! I heard that oil prices rose $30 in 2 hours!!!
    Can U just imagine how this is gonna effect us? any thoughts how fu*t we are gonna be?If Bush does launch attacks, we have aproblem on our hands... ww3?

    i doubt it m8.
    this will have a very small effect on the worlds economies.

    each countries currency will reduce in actual value but the relative value will be the same, or even better for europe/asian currencies.

    There is no economy going to suffer more than the American economy itself which will have a knock on effect here but I doubt it will be serious.

    A lot of the finacial people here are scared ****less that stocks are going to dive big time once the markets open. Remember the US markets are still closed which is why you haven't seen anything serious happen.

    Agreed 100%. This could possibly drive the US into a real true-blue recession quicker than any other factor.

    But I can only hope that you guys are right, cos I and a lot of people here in this country work for US companies.
