    need to get a second car as a runaround.97ish, 1L 1.2L .trying to see which make would be the cheapest to insure, i know the smaller the engine the better,do the insurance company factor in that some cars are easier to steal than others, and the fact that replacement parts for some models are more expensive than others? is there a list anywhere?

    Yep your correct on both those factors,thats what helps them class cars.
    Your cheapest option is probably a 1litre irish micra,bear in mind you licence,no claims bonus and area you live in will also be a factor in your quote

    was aware of those factors,,i read somewhere that insurance companys have all models of cars listed in relation to risk,,i was trying to get a handle on which cars are at the lower end of the scale,,
