    Hello we are 24 year old Dubs, sing and write and bang beautifully on our guitars. The Smiths, The Pixies and Neil Young, Bowie and the Velvet Underground. There are a thousand more you might care to list, but as influences go, (it seems to be expected that you list quite specifically your influences even if it is a futile exercise)these are the seminal ones. Also the great blues singers and guitarists; Son House, Howlin' Wolf, Rory Gallagher, Robert Johnson, Bessie Smith etc. We wanna find homes for our songs which are formidable and want to create a sound that's ours. Basically we want to be in a band again. No chops needed, imagination. Hope it snags your interest. If it does email me at quanne@gmail.com

    Hi,

    I saw your ad and may be interested in working with you guys.

    I'm an experienced bass player / vocalist with many influences ranging from the early blues and rock'n'roll to the Beatles, Stones, Who and Kinks right through the musical spectrum to jazz and classical.

    Basically, I like good music.

    Where are you guys based and have you found a drummer yet?
