Recycling developer liquids

Anyone know somewhere in Dublin city where you can recycle film developer and other developing liquids that you really shouldn't pour down the sink? Did a google but it didn't turn up much.

photo labs like the one i work in use a company called "silver lining" who take chemicals away and recover the silver from them
