[Wanted] Dublin centre: apartment for 2 days jan06

evening,

im going to be in dublin for a few days in december + january. i have some finnish friends coming to visit for 3 days and 2 nights (jan 4th to the 6th) and we are looking for any person who has a free apartment for those days somewhere within walking distance of the city centre. dublin 1 or 2 is preferred.

the max we would be willing to pay is 200€ or there abouts for those 72hours or so.

i lived in dublin for seven years, so i know my way around - and the finns are the cleanest people ive ever met - so no chance of them messing the place. so all in all pretty hassle free.

yeah thats an option too - we'll probably end up going for that - but an apartment is an idea we got into our head and im just asking around.
