I've used photobox a lot, and never had a problem. Great quality prints every time.

yet another vote for photobox. Got some nice free matt prints recently. Also inspired me to calibrate my monitor correctly at long last.

I used foto.com - based in France, glossy/matte, pretty cheap. Was very impressed with the results. Java upload tool was basic but worked fine.

Only tried foto.com so far.The 8 x 6 is a steal at 25c and the quality was very good.Took about a week to arrive.

I swear by Bonusprint - www.bonusprint.ie. Fairly fast service, cheap and good colour. I haven't tried much else, but it was much better than ofoto. The camera magazines don't seem to like bonusprint, but that might have something to do with the fact that they don't advertise with them.

Another vote for photobox, I used bonusporint before, but I think photobox have better quality even though they're more expensive, plus I like to get matte prints.
