Your looking for a wireless bridge, should be available in most computer shops.

    How so?

Its fairly straight forward, ive tried a few generic devices and they've all worked.

I've even had it working with Windows ICS.

A generic wireless bridge will not work with the XBox. They are simply not compatable.
You are talking through your hat.

I use a DWL-G810 with the xbox, and it works flawlessly.

You'll have a network cable connected from the xbox to the wireless bridge, this will allow your cabled xbox to connect to your broadband wireless router through the wireless bridge connection

    It's fairly straight forward

The piece of equipment from CiaranC is ideal and at a decent price :)

Alternatively you can buy a Wireless AP and run it in bridging mode.

This is what I use with my Xbox. Works perfectly.
    Costs €90-100.
I'm sure it cn be found cheaper by searching the net.

Care to elaborate? or could you not get a wireless bridge working?

If you have little to contribute to this thread(or indeed this forum) dont bother posting.
