CRON jobs / scheduled tasks

I have a Basic hosting account with hosting365. Is it easy to set up CRON jobs / scheduled tasks? and if so whats the best way. I want to run a file every night e.g. www.mysite.ie/run.php I have both a Unix and Windows accounts.

Email Hosting 365 and ask them. support@hosting365.ie. It has been said before that this is not a support forum for any Webhost.
