Two thick slices of fresh white bread, a good hunk of mature cheddar and a liberal lashing of strawberry or raspberry jam. Very quick and damn tasty.

Wrap with cream cheese, lettuce, sweetcorn, peppers, cucumber, scallions and my mother's homemade salad dressing. I'm addicted to it at the moment.

Mmmm, have got to try that for breakfast some day!

When I have the time I love having scrambled eggs, a waffle, ketchup and mayo mixed into pink sauce, lettuce, melted cheese and Linda McCartney tomato and herb sausages in a white bap.

Am I the only person in the world who thinks that hummus and chipper-chips go really well together?

Toasted wrap with Falafel, hummus and white arabic garlic sauce (v.light).

Or chedder cheese and Ballymaloe relish.

    *drool*

no, hummus and chips are a match, esp with some grilled aubergine!

Green pesto, thinly-sliced parmesan cheese and roquette.

Baked ham, grain mustard, a slice of crispy pickled gherkin and a slive of a strong hard cheese (mature gruyere or a strong cheddar are perfect).

Roast beef or lamb, tomato, horseradish, and iceberg or lambs' leaf lettuce.

No need for that. bonkey just seems to have become lost. The perils of reading the new posts list.

Apologies, I thought s/he was another snacky-type character trolling.

Anyway, sandwiches... my current favourite is superquinn hi-fibre bread, mayo, ballymaloe tomato relish, mature cheddar cheese and mixed tender baby leaves.
