Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Got this email from podomatic today. Looks like they'll put your podcast on iTunes. Which normally requires a US addressed credit card. I'm in no way affiliated etc..

"We hope you have enjoyed using podOmatic. From time to time, many of
you have been nice enough to send us feedback about how we can make
podOmatic better - thanks! After a few weeks of work and fine
tuning, podOmatic is ready to announce another free and potentially
popular service: the iTunes integration beta. So what does this mean
for you? We have just given you the power to add your podcast to the
iTunes directory right next to all the big shots! Upload a photo,
select the category, submit to iTunes, and we'll handle the rest.

    Go to:

    http://www.podomatic.com/podcast/personalize

to get started. Please remember, it is a beta! We would love your
    feedback."

Ha... this is like a pantomine.

I didn't need a credit card when I submitted my podcast either.

Look it's Steve Jobs... He's behind you!

Unless they've very recently changed this, you do indeed need a credit card. Here's a random forum from Australia discussing the problem - http://www.podcastingnews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1013

As I can't seem to open apples submit a pocast page right now (https://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/publishPodcast) I can't confirm its still the case.

The problem was that you could only submit if you had an account with the US itunes music store, which required a US addressed credit card to create.

Just checked it now (they added an add podcast button to itunes). And you 100% definitely still need a credit card (http://dbspin.com/misc/itunes2.jpg). When you attempt you use your apple id to upload a cast it says 'This apple id has not yet been used with the itunes music store' and directs you to an area where you can add in your cc details. Without the details it won't continue.

This obviously doesn't apply if you've already purchased music from itunes - as they already have your details. Additionally I can't confirm whether a us card is still required (as used to be the case - see link on previous post, or google).
