How did you do that? Is there any way of getting it into a media format (e.g wmv, avi) co i wanna put it on my phone.

View the source of the website by right clicking on the page somewhere and then 'View Source'.

Search the big block of source code using CTRL+F using the term 'swf' - and when it finds it, look for an URL with the '.swf' at the end. That will typically be the address of the actually embedded flash video.
