    Hi all

I trying to connect two offices for a friend of mine. I'd like to get faster up and down broadband for both places instead of the Eircom standard package he has now. What would you recommend?

I'm was going to setup a vpn in each office using a Linksys BEFVP41, EtherFast Cable/DSL VPN Router with 4-Port 10/100 Switch. And using a Linksys NSLU2, Network Storage Link for USB 2.0 Disk Drives to have network storage with internet connectivity. Do you see any problem with this?

Any advise would be mucho appreciated.

    Thanks

    Gary.

Most wireless providers offer the same uplink as downlink speed

Also about a month ago Eircom contacted their dealer channel and asked whether there would be demand for SDSL, we responsed YES, however haven't heard anything since, but hopefully they will launch it
