What GFX to go for my rig???

    buying two machines, just wondering what sort of gaphics card i should go with on the main spec PC, i have a sli motherboard so would it be good to go for 2 x gfx i cant justify spending any more than 400euro on a gaming card but i want the best i can get!

    Also any suggestions on a case?

    Go for the nVidia 7800GT. They are around E425 on Komplett.
    No point going SLI now. Get the best single card you can afford and you can get a second one later when you want to upgrade.

    I concur.
    That's one of the benefits of SLI, you can always add another card later, no need to splurge on both now. If you find you need that extra performance push you can upgrade then.

    Buy from OCUK(www.overclockers.co.uk), it'll be cheaper than komplett.

    I would go for the GTX model my self for the extra €50 it would be worth it.

    And if i get the nVidia 7800GT now and a few months later i decide to add a second car would the 6600GT work alongside the 7800? Would performance improve? Or would i need to get two matching cards?

    You can't mix generations. So no, and yes you will need two "matching" cards.
