    I'm looking for a load of books I need to get for college so if anyone has any or alternatives please let me know. Also, if anyone knows where I can get 2nd hand or cheap books I'd love to know too (even Ebooks).

    Internet and World Wide Web How to Program 2nd ed. - Deitel, Deitel & Neito, Prentice Hall, 2002.
    Fundamentals of Database Systems 3/e - E. Navathe, Addison-Wesley, 2002 - 2nd Edition though

    don't go buying all the books. Ask the year ahead of you on what books to get. Some you def need to get as the lecturer sticks very closely to it. Others never even touch it.

    And your library should have copies of the main ones too.

    I remember being every book mentioned in 1st yr. Quickly realised that was a waste of money.
