weird tv program

does anyone remember a weird tv show for kids on about 10years ago
its had puppets with red hair, think there was a boy and a girl living with there aunt
it was on saturday mornings or sunday afternoon
they had strange accents.......................
i know thats really vague but id love to find out the name of it!

A very very weird show. Very unsetteling especially the Otto puppet. It started off odd and then took a nosedive into the absurd I'd actually like to see it get released on dvd just to see what it was like again...

aunt vera was the aunt i think....
that otto thing was very friggin freaky.
didnt it also have another part where they went into a picture of a beach and there was your wan nicola from fair city on it....and 2 kids or something and they lived by the beach....??
