Did I misplay the flat call and the all-in preflop re-raise or is it a bad beat by an agressive chip leader. I cant get my head round it.

You did nothing wrong and it's just a beat, not even a bad one unfortunately.
According to twodimes.net, you're 65% to win preflop, and he just got lucky on the flop.
Had the flop been rags for both hands, something like 8d Qs 2c, you'd have been 83% to win.

Looks like a very loose call from Villian, although he has plenty chips.

How was your image at table you think? Did he think you were plain stealing?

Either way looks like a dodgy call to me, unlucky.

Disclaimer: I know nothing about Omaha :o

He had a garbage double suited hand but made a good call. You clearly have aces; this is fine because once you are all in there will be no need to disguise your hand.

He had 35% equity according to Luke so he can always call one pot raise for all of his chips. He should have expected to have at least 35%, so he had to call. Whether he should have raised or not is a different question: it is only correct if he had a good chance of picking up the three limpers.

Disguised bat beat thread - lock it I say!! ;)

Unlucky BigD - I think his all-in is horrible it's not like he even had 5678 a great omaha, aces-cracking hand!!

Now when are you going to give us some updates on that blog of yours?? You're playing too much winning poker and need to sort your priorities out bud!! ;P

You did make one mistake, you forgot you were playing omaha.
