Hey have to write a report on my work experiance mail system and make improvements to it. I m stuck on uses for it, its lotus 5 with domino server so far i ve got: Create active directory accounts automatically.... Same time messaging for better communication... Can anyone help with any other uses?

How about the following:

1) being able to integrate with your voicemail system so that all your messages(both email & voicemail) appear in one location. Then you simply have to double-click the voicemail to hear it.

2) Being able to double-click a contact in Lotus Notes & have the telephone system dial the number.

3) Have the contact details in Lotus Notes pop-up when a person calls you.
