    Wanted: 16x DVD-Rs

Cheapest I can find is svp.co.uk but they charge EUR16 for delivery, which is the same price as the spindle!

Anyone know a good cheap place for 16x DVD-R discs ?

    I should have said - a spindle of 25/50/100 is preferable ....

I'd rather not spend EUR16 on discs and then another EUR16 on postage bounty.

f1refox - have you any experience with them ?
edit: it's EUR10 delivery still.. ok, less then svp but still.

    Another vote for mediawrite..
    I ordered 125 dvd's and 50cd's off them a while ago.
I tried burning a few of the dvds off the 25 spindle and none worked.
I emailed them and they said they'd give me 25 free dvd's next time i ordered out of courtesy.

Forgive me dawballz - but you're complementing them for replacing a faulty product "next time" you order ?

I've just ordered some 16x DVD-Rs from 7 day shop : a spindle of 25 16x Infiniti DVD-R are 7.49stg. P&P is 3.95stg, so about 28 euro for 50 inc. delivery. I'm not to sure about the quality but they are not the cheapest brand they are selling :D

I remeber they had a problem in delivering what i ordered on time. They called me up on my phone to explain there problem and it be a week before i get my stuff. I was thinking to my self after how many other companys would call you to tell you about there problem and why your order has been delayed.

    Top class!

Just on Ciaranfo's comment on Dawballs reference to mediawrite offering to replace the bad batch of DVD's he bought when he next ordered from them - I think a company's return policy is an important decision in deciding from whom to purchase cd\dvd media. I posted in a different thread http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=305636 about my experience with IT_Direct of Parliament Street; basically I ended up with a bad batch of 25DVD-R's and they refused to repalce them on basis that "we don't take returns on consumables".

If they don't work they have to take them back - you shouldn't have settled.

Well I'm not sure if it was a "faulty porduct".
It could have just been my recorder.
They gave a quick and helpful response, either way.

I went and ordered from www.mediawrite.ie using paypal. Mainly because of the speed and cost of the delivery. Ordered late Tuesday night after some of the replies to this thread, and recieved them today.

I'm pretty happy with these smily DVDs too.
