I recently saw a book titled three cord trick which (and all real guitarists please forgive me) allowed a numpty like me be able play songs.
But for the life of me I cannot find the book anywhere since.
Any advice for someone who will never challenge for the guitarist of the year competition but jus wants to be able to make a little music to make the world a brighter place!!!

Yeah, don't try do outdo yourself. If it sounds good, it is good. Enjoy the instrument and never be afraid to try something different.
