I'm sorry, but if the fellow can play it, then it's not sad, nor is he a muppet. And seeing as the pictures say jeanbaudin.com then damn, that cat can play like most of us could only dream of.

Karl. The use of and should have let you know that I wasn't entirely serious. How could I call someone I know nothing about a muppet except in jest. I agree, he seems to be very talented. (but I do know talented muppets too )

Don't see why he doesn't take up the Harp if he wants lots of strings. A beautiful instrument that requires talent to play. (Joking) Don't ban me....

I quite like the look of that actually. I don't think I could play it in any meaningful way but nice in a kind of rugged way.

Well, the second pack would probably be guitar strings, so more like 75 really.

That is not a bass. It's some kind of bastard member of the guitar family, but it's not a bass. If you bunged 11 strings on an unfretted string instrument and called it a cello, your body would never be found. It's time we had a few standards too.
