Coldsores - why?, and treatment.

Why do I keep getting cold sores, and whats the best way to treat them. I eat 7 times a day, tons of protein/carbs etc, plus vitamin supplements, zinc, so I shouldn be run sown. I get one every 10 days. Surely there must be something i can get to combat them. :rolleyes:

how would we know?
you could have thrush for all we know
we're not doctors and this is not a medical forum.
go to your GP and get it sorted.
