    Hi,
was anyone competing at the AKAI open yesterday in DCU? I was there myself getting clobbered. It was my first time in a competition, man I have some improving to do for next time. Curse my aging limbs...

    Hi Paul,

Couldn't make it myself, the AKAI open is a though one to start out on. The weight devisions are very big and only novice and senior categories. The competion on the lexlip on 16th of october will have a lot more divisions.

    Keep at it .....

cool see you there. At least I didn't get injured. Two of the other lads that I went with can not compete on the 16th now due to injuries in the light continous section. We all entered that not really knowing what the hell it was.
