    Hi,

a bit confused here, which would be better

I have an always on internet connection and will be putting up a wireless IP security camera, and will be able to log on the internet and view what is happening.

The camera will have a built in server therfore wont be connected to a PC, the network and broadband is wireless.

But I dont know weather to put in a wireless access point or a wireless router to carry out this project

    thank a mil

Some of those cameras act as AP, and some will only connect Ad-Hoc...
    What make/model?
    Check with the manufacturer?
