Two IT Roles Available

    Okay I am putting this up on behalf of my boss as a favour:

    We have two roles starting in 6 Weeks in Dublin 2 (Kildare Street) within a government department.

    The roles are outsourced roles for the period of 1 Year + and you are permanent staff of the outsourcing company I work for and is also Unionised with SIPTU.


    Role 1: x 2

    Level 1 Support, taking calls, basic active directory support and basic IT support.

    Role is based in Clonshaugh and is Full Time.

    Pay is'nt great but would do for a school leaver or someone in between jobs.

    Salary €22,000. Also point to note it is a good enviroment to work,easy going and very flexable.

    Hours are 0830 to 1700


    Role 2:

    Level 2 Support, Deskside technical support, phone support and some project work. Based in Kildare street and would someone with 1+ Years Experience.

    Pay is €25,000 and there is scope to goto Level 3 hence more money etc.

    Hours are 0830 to 1700

    Jesus we'll have to look at what we're paying our support staff. Those salaries are kinda low dont you think.
    I think you should increase the salary and you might get some interested.

    Okay Lads full up here thanks for everyones CV's.


    There will be about 2 to 3 Level 1 roles available in the coming weeks so I will keep ye posted.

    They will be based Dublin Northside and will be around the 21 -22 K mark not great but what is in the godforsaken country :D

    Well, the salaries may be crap, but clearly it's because the supply/demand issue hasn't gone away. Why pay more if you get plenty of applicants (unless of course you don't get any applicants good enough).
