Lo all - I have ADSL at my own gaff with a wireless router, now others are looking at setting up wifi in their house too.
Except they've broadband coming through cable and into a cable modem.
What do I need to get them wireless?
    Any good wifi cable routers?
    Thanx!

    Digi.

I use a netgear router with my cable modem. Its never given me any trouble. But I don't think it really matters which wifi router you use. They all use ethernet via rj45.

Linksys WRT54G - rock solid, runs on embedded Linux, firmware source code is GPL'd, many third party firmwares available for extra features (or add your own with a cross-compile environment).

Their modem is connected to their PC using USB but it also has an ethernet port so I'd just hook the wireless router into that yeah?
I'm looking at getting them this one -> http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=302154&cks=SER
