I was on Irishanimals.ie today and it said somewhere on it that guinea pig rescue is closing down. Anyone heard why? I had planned to offer a home to guinea pigs and was in the middle of building a suitable home. I'm collecting my friends guinea pig (she's off to college and her family don't want it) next week and was looking for a female friend for to keep her company.

Anyone know anyone that wants to send their guinea pigs to new homes?
