help needed - NTV650 carb pipe ID

    Hello folks,
    Took apart a bike almost two years ago and now am at the putting back together stage. Its been so long I've forgotten some things. Does anyone know if there is a breather pipe on the CV carbs? The pipe comes via a T-connector from each of the vacuum chambers - I think it should be vented just to the atmosphere, can anyone be definite on this. Help appreciated, don't want to find out I was wrong when its all back together. Thanks

    Attached pic is off the american hawk gt, but it is almost the exact same. I suppose anyone with a similar carb could help out, eg bros etc.

    Its a sure to be sure kind of a thing, help appreciated.

    For clarity in the picture:
    GREEN = pipe in question
    (GREEN pipe connected to each vacuum chamber via T connector - where does the end labelled with the blue dot go to ?)
