You should be still able to get a seating chart on Ticketmaster for the U2 gig

It'll be the exact same for the Bon Jovi gig

Best place for a gig in croker is standing.
If you need seats though, try and get as close to the pitch area as possible, otherwise the acoustics may suffer the further back into the stand you area.
I'd recommend the Hogan or Cusack side nearest to the Hill if the stage is there (like U2)

Standing! Or lower hogan, close to the hill 16 end. Although my parents got lower hogan tickets for u2 and they were too close to the hill 16 end and couldn't see the full effect of the show. The were almost behind the stage.

if not standing, then, lower cusack stand, section 303 - 305, or lower hogan section 332 - 334. Now depending on how big the stage is, sections 335 and 302 may be ok, but you do risk being actualy behind the stage. Rows A - Z are the first 26 rows from pitch level, followed by AA - ZZ. I'd go for somewhere like row M/N back to Z for a decent view.

Hope this helps things make more sense. I'd say 334 in the lower hogan.

Here's the seating arragement for concerts at croker - you might want to go a bit further back to actually to get a more full view of the stage (this diagram clearly shows how the stage protrudes out from the stand at the hill which caught out one of the posters above at the U2 gig).
Maybe around halfway would be best.
Still try and get nearest to the standing area though.
