    I'm getting a chance to promote John Kavanagh's upcoming seminar down here along with discussing mixed martial arts. He said if I get on and I most likely will, it will be around 3- 3:30pm. Frequency is 102-103.

    I was on the radio about 2 years ago and said "y'know" at least 40 times in 2 minutes. I sounded like a right Reggie.

    How did it go anyway? I tried to listen to the stream but my work PC sucks.

    Cheers thanks man.. I just hope it brings a few heads to the seminar tomorrow. I spent the best part of 2 hours last night walking the streets of waterford handing out flyers to bouncers. Now I have a cold :(

    Hope the local lads appreciate what an opportunity this is really,asked a few lads I know from TKD but they are happy enough doing what they already know.
