    Inspector Finbarr Murphy asked that the following be listed and apologised for the short notice:

    There will be an open day at the Garda College, Templemore this Friday between 2pm and 5pm for anyone who is considering a career in an Garda Siochana. On behalf of the Garda Commissioner, I wish to extend an open invitation to members of the LGBT Communities. Sorry for the short notice but only became aware of site in recent days. When the actual recruitment campaign commences I will post extra information.
