    I have just come out of a relationship etc etc...
    But I was just sitting there the other day I had a funny thought....Am I actually happy being unhappy??? What the f*** is that.....I cant be right surley.....Am I just suffering from post girlfriend breakup????

    Does anyone else ever feel like this.....

    no your not messed up your just sad thats all..when people feel down sometime our minds try to prove to us that we are messed u or uunhappy or whatever...u sound like u are just having a hard time and are struggling to get out of the slump your in since the breakup...nothin too major i wouldn't think

    Breakups can be very stressful, and upsetting. You are definately not messed up just still recovering from a broken heart or such. Keep your chin up and you will overcome!

    Thats a good idea, there is nothing better than a little bit of attention from the opposite sex at a time like this! Might just pull you out of your unhappieness.

    I was messed up after my breakup!

    I broke up from a long term relationship (7 years) just before Christmas last year and it was a very very very hard time for me. As it is for everyone who had a broken heart.

    His question is not about the break up of his relationship but about feeling happy when he is unhappy.

    Maybe he is unhappy about his relationship breaking up, but happy that he is now free. Sometimes when relationship breaks up it can be very hard and stressfull and have your emotions and mind playing all sorts of tricks on you.

    It will pass with time and theres not much you can do to speed it up.

    but there is one thing... ;)
