Mixed martial Arts/Ultimate Fighting Seminar.

    Where: Billy O'Sullivans Gym, Jute Factory.
    When: Saturday & Sunday (1st/2nd October), 2PM

    We've invited both european Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion John Kavanagh & Clinch specialist, Karl tanswell to Billy's this weekend for a seminar on mixed martial arts. John's the brazilian jiu-jitsu european champion and the highest ranked jiu-jitsu player in Ireland. Karl is known for his great clinch work.

    This seminar will cater for all levels, beginner to advanced. Cost is 50 for one day or 80 for both. This should be aimed at anyone who's interested in studying for mixed martial arts, otherwise known as vale tudo, nhb and ultimate fighting.

    Billy really likes plugging his gym. When he used to come to my school to teach street awareness we used to count how many times in 30mins that he'd say something referring to his gym :)
