Chances of CSD unlocking Ports for BF2 in RES

    If i asked the CSD to open the ports for Battlefield 2, do ya think they would. After all we are paying €75 for our BB.

    Steam isn't working at the moment. They've said they're gonna have a look but that was 2 days ago. I'm going down to them tomorrow.

    Got a mail from CS saying that the ports for Steam are open in the College Park residences, but not in the Postgraduate Block...yet.

    He didn't mention Hampstead Apts in the email but I'm sure if you emailed the helpdesk, they would sort you out. They seem pretty sound.

    Edit: Steam is now up and running in the Postgraduate Block

    Yeah probably. Still, it's early days yet, half of our lectures weren't even on this week. It's amazing, I've got Steam totally updated and it took all of an hour...compare that with what I would have to have waited at home on dial-up.
