    Hi All,

    Have been googling a lot recently for info on below, would appreciate some pointers.
    Any good links for algorithms to rectilinearise fisheye images.

    Isn't he talking about algorithms for "rectilinearizing", i.e. in simple terms "straightening" images that have been taken with a fish-eye lens?

    I take it you've Google'd extensively already? Note that the left-pondians spell it with a "z" and not an "s", so you'll likely get more hits that way.

    De-fishing is actually a term I've seen used.

    Nikon Capture provides a de-fishing tool as part of its interface.
    You get a 30 day demo with the D70 or D70s.
    Panotools may be worth looking at also.
    In Photoshop CS there is a transform tool under the edit window
    which has a perspective distortion transformation option within it
    and it is certainly good at correcting perspective distortion such
    as converging verticals, etc which may occur with wider lenses
    when capture angle isn't parallel with the plane of the buildings
    or whatever.

    Hello Iascaire I use a peleng 8mm with my canon 10d and 20s I use pano tools to defish with very good results, heres a very good like to this tpoic should be enough to cover what you want.
