    You can get a Litre Bottle of Jameson for €15 (would cost you up to €40 here) and a Litre Bottle of Smirnoff for €12.

    I don’t smoke so I don’t know exactly how cheap fags are but I often see people stocking up in the village I normally go to (Alvor) on their way home to pay for some of their holiday.

    spirits, all the usual brands are a 1/3 of the price well worth buying, fags are about 2.30 a pack
