Personal opinion, Good luck. I actually think dell will get a good laugh at this one also.

I really doubt they will believe you for one second in that email, I mean, Whats there for Dell to Prove that they actually supllied the product with the fried chicken in it, in the first place ? ( damn that sounds funny ) If that was the case, I think This idea would and could get abused by people, I mean if everybody tried to scam dell by placing chicken inside there PC or Product's and taking pictures... There would be nothing left of dell. It can't be that easy. Then again I am not saying you are trying to scam Dell or Putting a bad word against you, I am taking this from the whole perspective of the situation, About it can't be just that easy to get something from dell by Showing them photo's of a chicken, Can it ?

    I know, but.......

the chicken in there is KFC chicken. There are no KFC's that I know of in Ireland. Pretty sure they exist in GB though, where it was packaged. Besides...the customer is always right :)

No offence, but that does not look like a rotting piece of chicken. It looks like a freshly eaten chicken wing. If it was indeed rotting, or had even been in the box for some time, it would have discoloured the white packaging inside the box. There would at the very least be grease stains inside the box.
Also, you don't say if that was all you found, was there any wrapping with the chicken, because if there wasn't, how the hell do you know it was KFC?

Seriously, it's a good one, but forgive me if I say you're taking the piss.
    Good one though....

There is KFC in the blanchardstown Shopping center and i "think" there is one in liffey valley, But i don't go there that often so i wouldn't be too sure.

But yea there are a few around dublin alright.

I am still laughing about this whole chicken thing. Let us know how it goes when you have contacted them and get an answer.

    packaged in GB?

Dells European Plant is in Raheen in Limerick theres no KFC out there buddy. And they have a very cheap canteen so why bring out expensise cold KFC to eat.

The poor bastards who pack the PCs do one every three minutes so there isn't much time to eat.

So it was put in by your delivery guy, or you.

There is a KFC in clare hall too. Even so you can get KFC type chicken from most take-aways.

That chicken does not look like it has been there long. In fact it looks somewhat fresh.

That chicken doesn't look rotted. It looks old, but not THAT old, otherwise it'd be visibly discolored to a further extent plus it would somewhat at least mark the packaging it came in. i.e. there would be stains or marks of some sort.

Also, DELL stuff is ALWAYS sealed up, so its unlikely some guy on the line discreetly lobbed in a bit of chicken

Nice try though, would love to hear what they actually say ;)

There's a KFC in the Crescent shopping centre just down the road from Dell AFAIK.

Your right, about a 5 minute bus drive then a fifteen minute walk, still unlikely though.
