I am delighted to be able to congratulate Guro Leo Manalo on winning the Long Sword event at the Cold Steel Challenge last weekend in California. This annual event attracts a large number of highly skilled compeditors. There are 3 main events projectiles, knife sparring and long sword. Guro Leo explains a little bit more…
