Yeh another one of these threads :)
I heard from another reliable source that the mighty mighty SOAD are playing in February. Can anyone confirm this?

ive heard this too. its most likely crap though cause they only played here once before, in 2002, and that was when ozzfest came to ireland. despite their immense popularity across the pond they just dont seem to like european dates unless they're festivals.

I'd say it's very likely that they'll play here when they're back over in Europe. With another album out and all, they'll have to play everywhere.

If you manage to navigate their AWFUL website you'll find that they describe their current tour as "SYSTEM OF A DOWN's first major U.S. tour". Major meaning this is the first time touring the entire US were they havent been playing ****ty clubs / support slots. Thats a pretty good reason why they've not done the same in Europe up until now.
