I had this problem after building my reig a few weeks ago.
with mine the issue was the the fsb was out of sync with the memory speeds.
tightened this up and works fine now.
    might want to check that

He's a HMod, not a mod. And he's not a mod on this forum so he can say what he likes. He's still subject to the rules just like the rest of us.

OP: That's a serious load on the PSU!! Try removing a few devices and see if it stays stable.
4Gb RAM, P4 (eats power), 11 hard drives!

What are your temps? Is the Aquagate just cooling the 6800 Ultra's or is it cooling the CPU too. It's not good enough to do all three.
WHat are your rails like on the PSU. Install Motherboard monitor 5 (http://mbm5.livewiredev.com) to see.

The hottest it has ran to is 29 degrees at full load, the weird thing i suffer no such problems from any other program its weird. I thought a 550watt would do it seems fine to me, no its just cooling cpu graphics card has it own one..ITs the gainward one from komplett with the water cooling...

'It' being what? The graphics card(s), CPU, chipset?

Yes, it's a benchmark. It's supposed to stress your system.

Crashing during 3dMark05 is not fine.

Ok, so the Aquagate is just cooling the CPU. What is watercooling the graphics cards?

Is your system overclocked or at stock(default) settings?

Does it crash at the exact same place or just roughly around the same place, does it last a bit longer if the system has just been switched on vs when it's been in use for a while ? If it's crashing at the same place it could be a driver issue, since it's a new build I'd guess you have up to date drivers, it might be worth going back to an earlier version, they're sometimes more stable (especially if you have leaked beta drivers or something).

Also if you're running 2 graphics cards in SLi (your sig implies one, but Wizzards reply implies 2 so I'm not sure), I saw somewhere about funny crashing errors being fixed with motherboard BIOS updates.

Oops, for some reason I thought you had Ultras in SLi. Looks like I was wrong.

    Just thought of this.
Are you using Windows XP x64 - it's the only version of XP that can address 4GB of memory. There may be issues with 3DMark05 and it?

    Dude he already said?

The GFX is the Gainward Watercooling, His sig shows his CPU is at 4.12Ghz from 3.2Ghz and the temp is his CPU?

Nope, good old Windows XP (32-bit) can address 4GB

But that's the limit. The main justification for 64-bit Operating Systems is that servers might need to address a lot more than 4GB. New limit is about 4 billion times 4 GB, whatever the hell that is called :D

@OP: why the hell do you need 4 GB of ram?

We were talking about addressing ram, not HDD storage space ;)

I was having problem with random reboots to when i done my new build sometime ago, turned out the ram wasnt getting enough juice. Mobo's default was 2.6 and the ram needed 2.7. Worth looking into.
