Good online casino?

I'm looking for a good (honest) online casino. I've been using Casino Euro for virtual money games; does anyone have any experience of them using real money? In the past I've got stung playing Blackjack on a site - my winnings came over via a Canadian cheque but bounced! I've forgotten the name of the site but would really like to avoid it happening again!

Another slight complication is that I use a Mac. Any pointers would be great.

They're not an "honest" casino though. They specifically target people with gambling problems.

    ...

    Are any casinos "honest"?

In what way are they not honest? And how do they target people with gambling problems?

I think http://www.pokerroom.com/ are the only site that support macs. They have a java client and most of the others only have a windows client. They're a big enough site that there shouldn't be a problem with cashouts.

A general rule for looking for an "honest" site is that they've been around for a while, have a large number of players and are attached to a decent network. It's not foolproof but it's a decent indicator of whether a site can be relied upon.
