The other day my nipod frooze and now its not turning on or responding to any charging. Ive gone through the apple website and none of the poceedures is working. I bought it in the US so that where it need to be returned right? Its less that 6 months old i seem to have a document tht says about the warrenty but im not sure…

Has anyone returned an ipod to the us and could you help me out with any of the proceedures involved, id really apreciate it my pc crashed as well today im not having a very good day technology wise!!
