Yes they do.. And yes it is.. We had a massive thread on it which I managed to google out (since interior boards search is disabled currently due to server problems): http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=194767
Gives all information you might be looking for and will no doubt be rehashed when the time comes round..

Unfortunately due to licensing laws they are only allowed to broadcast for 6 weeks (or is it 4?) a year.

4/6 weeks a year....sucks ass.
I looked on the broadcasting site or whatever, and 97.3 is divided between about 10 different institutions... Bleh. What's that all about?

Why dont they just go web-broadcasting for the other weeks in the year?
Seems like the best option.

I assume the reason broadcast time is short, is cos of the cost of a full licence.
