Can someone explain to me how the cash games work in Fitz and Merrion. I've played a few buy back tourneys in both and always hear people speaking about cash games later on. Do these work like online STTs or whats the situation?

    Thanks,

    Ian

Well they're like cash games on-line?? The Merrion anyway, blinds normally 1-2, round of each (hold 'em/ omaha)

    Not sure what you're asking??

Blinds are usually €1/2 and the minimum amount you can sit down with is €50, no maximum. They are pot limit as well meaning you can only bet the amount thats in the pot. Cash games usually on in fitz and merrion from 10pm till the wee hours of the morning. Hope this helps

PL cash games of hold'em/omaha/hold'em+omaha go on in the fitz. Min buy-in for about €50, max is unlimited, many people would buy in for up to €300.
Blinds are €1-€2 fo hold'em, and €1-€1 for omaha. There is usually a bigger game of omaha going with blinds €2-€5. All PL.

Dunno about the Merrion. All you need to do is go into the Fitz and ask at the desk and they'll explain it all.

And what's the clubs rake? And can you just get up and leave a cash table whenever you feel like it?

    Thanks.

Rake is taken from each pot and amounts to €27 per half hour afair. So a big pot of €200 might get €5 taken from it, small pots might have €1 taken or nothing at all.
You can leave whenever you like. Althought it's good etiquette to stay for a round or two after raking a monster pot.
