Don't worry, no bad beat story.

I tried to withdraw 300 smackers from my vcpoker a/c about week ago. I ended up having to email them as their cashout section clearly doesn't work.

They eventually replied asking me for details such as DOB, last 4 digits on card, last deposit amount etc which I promptly supplied. I haven't heard from them since and they won't reply to subsequent emails.

Anyone had an experience like this with these guys? Is this normal from them? I'm beginnning to think they want to keep me hanging in the hope I p*ss away my cash in the meantime...

I've had problems with their cash out section before but repeated attempts sometimes gets it to come up. I think you need to badger them online instead of emailing them. Call a manager and get them on the case. They can't avoid answering you then.

never had a problem. usually 2 to 3 days and it`s there in my account.

have reached my monthly deposit alright, to which i want to increase and was told by a manager to email their support (which i`ve done 3 times) and no response.
