I am currently buying a new house and it is approaching snag list time,
There is lead stains from the flashing around the chimney, and causing white residue to run down the tiles.
My question is: Is there a treatment that can be got for the lead,
    can the tiles be cleaned
Is it appropiate to add this item to the snag list.
    Thank in advance
    BOFS

i think it should be snaggable... the lead should have been treated with patination oil, and if it's staining already it sounds like that hasn't been done. don't know if it can be cleaned.
