Just wondering does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem. Just built a new pc out of the many i have built. I cant see anything on the moniter, everything is all connected up properly. First graphics problem ive had with building. Everything is grand, all fans are working even on the graphics card.

I used my other moniter and still the same problem, i was too lazy and tired to swap over my graphics card in this pc to the new built one so ill do it tomorrow after college. Any other ideas for me to give a try?

    Cheers

    hi,
Stopping short of trying in a different pc, check that the graphics card is seated properly into the slot. Had a similar problem and that was the cause, so just reseating it fixed it.....the foolproof way of finding out though will be swapping the cards like you said

What make of graphics card & motherboard?

Depending on the model of graphics card, high end versions may require additional power connectors for the graphics card from the power supply.

I guess that it's pci express which might make finding/borrowing a low budget test card difficult.
