    Wouldn't be my cup of tea but **** it, if you like it, go for it. What I would suggest is maybe looking further down the line at a re-wiring and maybe new pickups. In my experience this is where Epiphone save their money.

    yeah im liking the look of that

    i want something with a nice solid clean tone,but with a nice distortion sound too

    I think that's the ultimate aim of every guitar player when he goes looking for gear - the best of both worlds. If you want good cleans you should really look to your amp. If you can stretch it get a Fender Lite Ash strat or tele. They're nice for the price.

    well,my amp has ok clean tones,i guess :rolleyes:

    i WAS looking at a second hand lite ash,but i didnt like the way it played

    me and my strange ways!that epiphone looks nice though :)

    You're right on the wiring on the Epiphones anyway. When I got around to getting my new pickups installed the guy had major problems getting the wiring working, he ended up replacing most of the guts of the guitar in the end...
