I put an extension onto the house recently and got it wired up for "everything" I think. I got a quad LNB installed and got a cable run to the new extension so I moved the sky box to the new room. I also sourced a UK card which I swap in and out of my current box but I presume if I pick up a box on eBay or somewhere then I can watch different channels at the same time?
What's my options here - would a sky+ box be worth trying to get or would I gain anything from it without having to pay anything extra to sky?

Sky+ with a FTV card is the exact same as a regular Sky box if you dont pay any extra
