Dublin airport at that hour of the morning is packed. Have flown to the UK a few times around 6:30am and couldn't believe the crowds for that hour.
Maybe give yourself a few exta minutes just to be safe. I would rather be sitting in the departure lounge for an extra 20min than running for flight.
